Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for mental, emotional and even physical problems. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
EFT is a very beautiful and special technique that helped me to come out from incredible amount of emotional pain. I do not think there are very good self-treatments other than Reiki and EFT. Reiki still takes time, but EFT heals almost instantly or at least helps to lower the amount of distress significantly.
It is an extremely beautiful thing to learn.
I had major post-traumatic stress 9 years ago and I was going through several days of anxious visions, thoughts and emotions. It was almost impossible for me to be sane. Then one of my friends suggested to try EFT to calm my nerves.
The first video I watched explained that I need to visualise the scene that gives me anxiety and feel the negative emotions that are associated with it and then start tapping on the EFT points. After 5 mins of tapping, the video said to visualise the same incident and check the emotion I feel now. And to my surprise I did not have negative emotions to that incident that was haunting me for 6 months. It took just 5 minutes. I had the memory of the incident but no emotion towards it. It was nothing less than a miracle!
And I wish to share this magic with you and the world. I have been practicing and teaching EFT since 2011 and I have seen it’s various miracles in the last 9 years.
